Send the request—we’ll handle user changes, permissions, signatures, resets, and other routine tasks without you booking a session. When real-time working time is required, you get priority scheduling. Managed service, handled behind the scenes during business hours.

What this service does
Same-day response (business hours) and priority queue
We just do standard admin requests: add/retire users, licenses, groups/shared mailboxes, aliases/routing, Drive/OneDrive/SharePoint permission tweaks, password resets, MFA assistance, signature updates
Admin playbook & change log so you know what changed and how
Templates/automation for repeatables (new-hire/offboarding checklists, saved admin views)
How it works
You email/ticket a request → we acknowledge same business day → we complete it asynchronously, or we offer a priority Quick Fix/Power Hour if live time is needed
Included: Managed Services Touchpoint (20m) monthly for status/decisions (does not use membership minutes)
Business hours: Mon–Fri
Recommendations & approval
We’ll request approval before high-impact changes (security, routing, retention), and we’ll summarize outcomes in your change log.
Repairs & scope
If a request exceeds routine admin (e.g., complex recovery, migration, multi-system change), we’ll outline options: use Membership minutes / book a Power Hour, or approve a scoped project. No extra work proceeds without your OK.
What’s not included
24/7/on-call, incident response, major migrations, custom integrations, vendor outages, or legal/compliance advice. Project-sized work is quoted separately.
Security & privacy
Least-privilege access where possible, credential exchange via secure methods, and light documentation of changes. You maintain backups, licenses, and tenant ownership.
Implementation requirements
Admin access, domain/vendor context, list of users/groups, and a primary contact for approvals. We’ll provide a short onboarding checklist.
FAQ
Is this a time bundle? No—this is managed service. Live work (when needed) is booked as Quick Fix/Power Hour or covered by Membership minutes.
How fast is “same day”? We acknowledge and begin within business hours the same day; completion depends on complexity/vendor timing.
Do we get regular meetings? Not by default—use the monthly 20-min Touchpoint when needed.

Month-to-month; cancel/change before renewal. Business-hours service with same-day priority. After-hours/on-call available via separate premium agreement.
