How it works
You email/ticket a request → we confirm next business day and complete it or schedule a session if live time is needed
Included: Managed Services Touchpoint (20m) quarterly for status/decisions (does not use membership minutes)

Recommendations & approval
We’ll ask for approval before high-impact changes and summarize outcomes in plain English.
Repairs & scope
Larger items (migrations, complex routing, multi-app workflows) are handled via Quick Fix/Power Hour or scoped projects with your approval.
What’s not included
24/7/on-call, incident response, major migrations, custom integrations, vendor outages, or legal/compliance advice. Project-sized work is quoted separately.
Security & privacy
Least-privilege access, secure credential exchange, and change summaries. You maintain backups, licenses, and tenant ownership.
