Keep the basics healthy so small issues don’t become big problems. Each month we review backup status, storage/sync posture, update posture, and obvious risk flags across your core tools. You’ll get a short, plain-English report and a prioritized action list. No time slots to book—this is managed service, handled behind the scenes during business hours.

What this service does
Backups: recent backup status on key devices/locations; spot-checks for restore ability.
Storage & sync: Drive/OneDrive/SharePoint usage, sync errors, “at-risk” items.
Updates & posture: OS/app update posture, basic device hygiene signals.
Risk flags: oversharing, disabled 2-step, obvious misconfigurations we can safely detect.
How it works
Cadence: Monthly checks during business hours (Mon–Fri).
Access: Read-only/admin access where required (we don’t store passwords; use a password manager or temporary credentials).
Report: Short monthly summary + action list (what to fix and why).
Fixes: Remediation isn’t included by default—book a Quick Fix (30m) / Power Hour (60m) or use membership minutes to implement changes.
Recommendations & approval
Every report includes a prioritized “approve/decline” list. No billable work happens without your approval. You decide which recommended fixes we proceed with.
Repairs & scope
Most fixes fit within a Quick Fix/Power Hour (or your membership minutes). If a repair is beyond scope—e.g., complex recovery, major reconfiguration, third-party escalations—we’ll provide a custom quote and timeline and proceed only with your written approval. This is rare.

Security & privacy
